Moving 100s or 1000s of digital assets into a new system can be daunting. We’re experienced in conducting small and large-scale migrations and can help keep your move hassle-free while also making sure your assets (and their metadata!) remain intact.

First, we’ll develop a project plan with you on what the migration will look like. This will involve answering questions such as:

• What assets are to be included in the migration? Which are to be excluded? These decisions can be made on a range of criteria including age of asset, file format, or asset content or style.

• Will assets selected for migration be moved in one batch or separate phases?

• Will assets not selected for migration be discarded, left where they are, or archived somewhere else?

• How will the metadata be handled? Does it need to be cleaned up or reformatted at all? Do multiple metadata sources need to be merged together?
